Terms of Use for the Integration App between Zoho CRM and GreenInvoice by HilTech

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HilTech's application for connecting Zoho CRM to GreenInvoice ("the Application"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms, please discontinue use of the application.

2. Provided Services

The application allows the creation and management of financial documents in GreenInvoice, including tax invoices, tax receipts, receipts, credit invoices, quotes, and orders. Currently, it is not possible to generate shipping documents and return receipts.

3. Usage Restrictions

The use of the application is limited to lawful purposes only, in accordance with these terms of use. It is prohibited to use the application for illegal activities or for violating the rights of third parties.

4. Payment and Subscription

The application is offered with a free trial period of 10 days. Thereafter, a monthly fee of $15 will be charged for usage. HilTech reserves the right to raise the price at any time by providing prior notice to users.

5. Privacy Policy

HilTech's privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The use of the application is subject to our privacy policy available on the HilTech website.

6. Limitation of Liability

HilTech is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use of the application. The full responsibility for the use of the application rests with the user.

7. Changes to Terms

HilTech reserves the right to update the terms of use from time to time. Notification of changes will be sent to users via the communication methods provided to us.
